Showings - Clean-up is underway!
We are currently cleaning up the home from the prior tenant
(repainting, steam cleaning the carpets, etc.). We recommend you wait to see
the home after clean-up is complete, but we will show it immediately for those
who want to see it sooner than later. If you’d prefer to wait to see it all
cleaned up, we need another week or so.

Please bring your $200 deposit (see APPLYING) and 3 years of housing and employment information with you to submit an application that day.
